The latest is hand made soap from Etsy.  I love those new scents like White tea with Ginger. The only problem is that they are a little more soluble than store bought soap. So, I decided a while back to make my own soap dishes that have ridges to catch the water drips that can cause handmade soap to go gooey. I get it honestly from my Mom. She is famous for her handmade bows that include pinecones, ornaments, bells, and fabric ribbon. The weather is still beautiful and the Autumn leaves are just turning but I have been in the studio thinking about the holiday season.  Here is a sneak peak of a new design for me. I have been reclaiming all of my scrap pieces for the past few months so I haven't played with fresh clay for awhile.  I spent all day in the studio and have a bunch of fantastic bowls waiting for me to trim them tomorrow morning.I love the fact that potters are recyclers by nature.
